Counseling Associate
Coming from a Soviet Jewish background, Abie is a creative, intelligent, and caring individual who combines real-life wisdom with insight-oriented strategies. He employs an empathic, yet goal-driven and action-oriented style picked up from years of learning under other skilled therapists. This has allowed Abie to become a skilled problem-solver in his own right, adept at helping patients find their own way in life, and discover connections between the past and present that aren't consciously apparent.

Neurodivergent Specialist
As a AuDHD herself, Catherine specializes in working with adults with neuro divergence, including those on the Autism spectrum and those with ADHD.

Coming from a South American and Indo-Guyanese background, Selina is passionate about helping diverse clients of varying cultures, backgrounds, and identities. Selina is a detail-oriented, analytical, and compassionate provider. She combines a cognitive-behavioral approach with mindfulness techniques to curate unique and genuine therapeutic relationships with her patients rooted in trust, vulnerability, and empathy. In this way, she is motivated and committed to collaborating with her patients to reach their ultimate goals.

Originally from the former Yugoslavia and raised within a Slovenian and European cultural context, Maya brings a global and culturally attuned perspective to her clinical work.
She is a thoughtful and compassionate clinician who integrates insight-oriented therapy with practical, goal-directed strategies.
Maya works collaboratively with clients to explore emotional patterns, strengthen self-understanding, and support meaningful change in a safe and supportive therapeutic space.
